What should I bring with me when I come in for an appointment?
When you come for your appointment remember to bring the following:
Driver’s license or a valid ID
Referral letter (if required or available from your doctor)
Reports, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and any other relevant information
List of medications you’re taking (if any), including vitamins and herbal supplements
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something you feel comfortable moving around in, such as a loose-fitting t-shirt and athletic shorts. Also be sure to wear running shoes if applicable.
How many times will I need to come in?
The goal of Orthology Affiliate Practices is to get you feeling better in as little time as possible. Typically, you will be feeling healthy, with a noticeable improvement in 4 to 8 visits. However, each person has his or her own specific needs, so everybody’s care plan may be different.
What insurance is accepted by Orthology Affiliate Practices?

Orthology is not involved in the provision of the services offered by Orthology Affiliated Providers. Patients who book an appointment through the Orthology Website will be seen by an Orthology Affiliate Practice that is independently owned and operated by licensed providers.
