Bieta Kia graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2008 with a BS in Kinesiology Exercise Science and with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. Board certified and a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Bieta specializes in outpatient Physical Therapy, and is experienced in treating patients with various orthopedic concerns and sports related injuries. She has extensive experience in hospital- based clinics and private practice. Bieta enjoys treating a diverse population with particular interests in musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, acute and chronic spine dysfunction, as well as shoulder and knee pathologies.
As a fitness enthusiast who enjoys running and staying active, Bieta has worked with individuals to help them return back to sport and activity with full performance by designing an individualized plan of care through conservative treatment and education. Bieta brings with her experience, clinical skills, and warm personality to not only treat the symptoms, but to find the root of the problem and to ensure a long lasting result to improve patients quality of life.
