David Anderson has always been an athlete, and on the run. Running on a soccer field, or for track meet, or running for the sheer pleasure of it—as he still does today.
Growing up in Oak Grove, MN, about 30 miles north of Minneapolis, he is 2006 graduate of St. Francis High School. In 2010 he earned his B.A. in Exercise Science from Saint Olaf College. He then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Saint Catherine University in 2013.
David participated in soccer and track & field all four years in college, and he still loves both activities, which gives him solid, personal insight into sport’s injuries. He has a particularly keen interest in working with young athletes in the areas of injury rehabilitation and prevention. It’s his chosen profession, and there’s real empathy there.
Most of all, David is committed to giving patients the tools they need to help recover from pain, injury or surgery. He uses manual therapy and movement as key components to the recovery process.
