Jill brings a strong manual background and an individualized approach to her care. She listens attentively to each patient and uses a thorough examination to get to the root of the dysfunction. Jill is driven to “put the puzzle together” and uncover the cause of the condition, to help the patient return to their optimal function.
Jill earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Northern Arizona University. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Science at NAU, majoring in Exercise Science, with a minor in Chemistry. While in the early years of her practice, she continued her education and became a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist through the Ola Grimsby Institute. This background gave her the knowledge and tools to follow her passion for manual therapy and its role in orthopedic care.
She also brings a love of exercise to her practice. An avid runner, Jill has completed a marathon and numerous half marathons, and understands how frustrating an injury can be when training is a high priority.
Working with patients of all backgrounds–weekend warriors, “desk jockeys,” and high performance athletes—she helps them find a way to get moving and stay moving!
When not at work, Jill loves spending time with her family, including two young kids. She enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, and watching Cardinals’ football.
