Kate graduated in 2002 from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN. Following her passion for outpatient therapy and rehabilitation, she has treated a wide range of conditions and injuries in 14 years. New to the Orthology team, she has used running, strength and conditioning training to help treat her new patients, continuing to incorporate relevant techniques and correct form into her treatment protocols.
Kate continually strives to treat each individual with empathy and compassion, and show them real determination in achieving goals during treatment. Her favorite part of clinical treatment programs is the straightforward progression from targeted exercises to the visible results of the overall treatment plan, with the goal of correcting bad habits and improving the patient’s general health. The objective is clear: to return each patient to the sport they love, to the work they do, or the activity that makes them happy.
In addition to working with patients, Kate leads a busy life outside of work with two kids active in athletics. She also works with local youth programs to install “good habits” among the participants, including correct body mechanics to improve strength, athletic performance and injury reduction.
