Kristen Wagner loves working at Orthology. She is passionate about what she does for a living, working closely with all of her patients, totally dedicated to restoring full function. Kristen knows that she needs to help everyone she treats learn successful strategies to avoid problems in the future, to enjoy activities and great health long after they are in her care.
Kristen graduated from Lake Superior College in 2011 and has been working in an outpatient setting ever since. She knew she wanted to be in the physical therapy field and work with athletes after her success as a three sport athlete in high school (volleyball, basketball, and track) and receiving physical therapy for an injury.
She’s been part of the Orthology team for over 2 years, with more than 3 years of previous Pilates outpatient clinical experience. Kristen integrates those principles into her current practice, particularly when working with patients suffering from pelvic dysfunctions. Most of all, she loves getting to know her patients and developing relationships with them; that personal touch, combined with real communication between caregiver and patient, clearly helps achieve the best outcomes.
When not working, she enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, reading, and spending time with family–and conquering difficult hiking trails! Her favorite: Zion National Park.
