Dr. Antonio Colletti started his academic journey at New York Institute of Technology where he received his bachelors in health science and graduated with magna cum laude in 2014. He continued on his path to then achieve his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology in 2017. He graduated with distinction and was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society for the Allied Health Professions and is recognized as dedicated and hardworking by colleagues and professors.
He enjoys treating the orthopedic population, sports injuries, and enhancing performance in any activity of interest. Optimizing human movement to make the human experience fulfilling is his main goal. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach. He is a proud author of a research article called “Are there Differences in Energy Consumption and Distance Ambulated in Young Healthy Adults Using Canes?” published in the journal of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in November of 2017.
Antonio has had clinical experience in the hospital setting as well as outpatient settings and uses his experiences to enhance the quality of treatment provided to patients and clients. Orthopedics and sports always were and have been his main area of interest as he is an athlete at heart, enjoys playing sports, and loves to exercise. He is enthusiastic when it comes to having an impact on the community and reaching out to others by promoting health and wellness through events, meetings and social media.
