Kenan truly believes in giving personalized treatment and attention to each and every one of his patients. In fact, his caregiving goes the extra mile. When asked “What is the most valuable thing you provide to your patients?” Kenan is clear: “Being available 24/7.”
Beyond helping athletes rebuild and repair themselves for competition, and working mechanically with delicate spinal injuries, he is dedicated to developing a one-on-one relationship with each patient—to help them reach their full potential.
Kenan has 10 years of experience specializing in adult and adolescent sport rehabilitation. He is also certified in McKenzie Diagnosis and Treatment for Spine (MDT) and is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His focus is primarily sports-related knee and shoulder injuries.
He is also an accomplished writer, published in two of the world’s leading newspapers, the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Born in Bosnia, he came to the United States at age 13 and has written a memoir about his experiences as a boy in his home country during the war.
When not treating patients, Kenan is often at the gym, loves soccer (especially FC Bayern Munich) and is an avid cook. In fact, his favorite app is Fit Men Cook, with the wonderful tagline of “Built in the Kitchen, Sculpted in the Gym.”
